  • The 5S methodology (sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain) has been introduced to improve and streamline the work environment.
Respect for Human Rights, Working Conditions, Wages, etc.
  • Comprehensive documents regarding human rights and working conditions, including policies and guidelines, have been established and employees are informed about them through annual training.

  • Annual hazard identification and risk analysis (including physical risks, chemical safety risks, and fire risks) are conducted within the factory, and necessary measures are implemented.

  • Firefighting plans and fire rescue plans are established in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and regular evacuation drills are conducted. Additionally, fire prevention and firefighting (FPFF) systems (fire extinguishers, sprinklers, emergency exit lights, fire hydrants, etc.) are installed on the premises and regularly inspected and maintained.
  • Evacuation route maps are displayed in easily visible locations for employees. The premises are kept tidy and organized to ensure that evacuation routes are not obstructed.
